“Myth of Aging”-May Workshop on pain free movement

Have you ever been told that you need to “slow down” or “you are getting on in age a bit now”…? None of us are getting any younger…come along and improve your movement capacity regardless of your age. 

Do you have chronic pain? Do you want pain free movement?

How old would you be if you didn’t feel your age? How young do you feel?

You may think that feeling tension and pain that results in the loss of mobility is par for the course as you age. It’s not all true.

Yes, there are changes to the body as we age but there are no medical studies published stating that aging equals pain.

If you feel limited in your movements and struggle to get up and down from the floor to play with your children, grand kids, pets or simply to do the gardening…that isn’t always because of your age.

How you respond to stress, feeling tense and having sore muscles happens due to how you move your body, day in and day out without thinking about it. So, changing how you feel is possible and above all it starts with becoming aware of yourself from the inside out.
