Terms and Conditions:
- We operate a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you miss your class/reservation or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment or class. A waiting list is in operation and we appreciate you understanding.
- Packages are non refundable but can be suspended with a medical release*
- All Monthly passes have a 1 Month Expiry Date. If for any reason you think you can not be attend the classes within the monthly expiry period we advise you to purchase single class passes only or ensure you are able to attend the classes ahead of time.
