RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES
We’ve put together a list of recommended equipment for the Enhanced Pilates classes with props.
A 12 inch Togu Ball
A resistance band of 3 meters (a variety of strengths, light, medium and heavy are recommended)
A foam roller (36 inches long, 6 inches in diameter
A Pilates Ring
A Pilates Arc by Balanced Body is needed for the Arc classes are is an excellent way to challenge your core workout.
