Mat Training-Bespoke In Person
Movement Integration Studio offers both Custom and Bespoke Intensive Training whereby you complete 8 hours of ONLINE lectures followed by 5 days of intensive practical training with a maximum of 3 persons per course. These courses are designed for persons with a degree of movement background sufficient to comfortably complete the training and who have completed the Balanced Body Movement Principles. Completion of Anatomy is highly recommended but only required before final exams.

Prerequisites: Mat I, II or Acceptance on Balanced Body Bridging Program Anatomy (prior to exams) and Movement Principles,
