About Clear Fork Pilates
by Movement Integration Studio
A place to move, learn and grow.
Clear Fork Pilates takes its name from the Clear Fork of the Trinity River — a familiar part of the Fort Worth landscape and a connection to the place we call home. Rooted in Fort Worth, the studio was created around a simple belief: Pilates is more than a workout. It is a practice that can continue to teach us throughout our lives.
Whether this is your first time stepping onto a mat, a Reformer or another piece of Pilates’ apparatus, you are returning to deepen an established practice, or you are a student teacher beginning your journey into the profession, there is a place for you here.
Clear Fork Pilates brings together movement, education and community in an environment where people are encouraged to become curious about their bodies, develop confidence in their movement and continue learning at every stage of their Pilates journey.

Over the years, Janet’s work has taken her through different schools of Pilates, different countries and different approaches to movement. Her teaching reflects a respect for the history and principles of Pilates alongside a curiosity about how the work continues to grow and evolve.
That philosophy became the foundation for Clear Fork Pilates.
Clear Fork Pilates was created to be a place where we can practice, learn, teach and belong.
Because wherever you are in your Pilates journey, there is always something more to discover.
Come as you are. Start where you are. Keep learning.
