Pilates Studio Classes

Pilates Studio equipment classes are performed using spring resistance based equipment that includes the Reformer, Combo Chairs, Pilates Arcs, Spine Correctors, Ladder Barrels, and Trapeze Tables plus a variety of small props as well.
The moving parts of the equipment challenge balance while the springs provide resistance to assist movement and to help build strength by providing support through movement.

Studio work encompasses a wide variety of training opportunities.  As a post rehabilitative practitioner I work with a population of people that spans those coming out of physiotherapy seeking assistance to further develop strength and or movement during recovery to professional athletes seeking to enhance their performance through Pilates based exercises. Pilates is for everyone.  My clientele range in age from 14 to 94 plus.

Gym sessions are booked in Half hour segments for 30.00. Maximum 2 people per session.

It is recommended that a minimum of 5 1:1’s be attended prior to booking gyms sessions for familiarity of machines, exercises and programme.
