Anatomy in Three Dimensions is a comprehensive, hands-on Anatomy Course where you build the body from the inside out with our innovative approach to learning Anatomy.
Understanding anatomy is essential for movement professionals, and this multisensory learning experience is the perfect way to learn.
This course will engage, enlighten, and satisfy your curiosity about human anatomy.
Learn the structure and function of bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and the origin, insertion, and action of the major muscles of movement, by building them yourself on our skeleton. This course covers the torso, hip, thigh, shoulders, upper arms, and spine. Includes full color manua

Anatomy in 3-D is an excellent course for anyone interested in movement science. It is highly recommended for those with no previous anatomy background before taking the required Movement Principles, Anatomy in 3D or any Somatic Prinicples Courses offered for Movement Professionals.
This 16 hour course provides an overview of the body’s musculoskeletal system and introduces students to primary muscles, bones and joints. The course focuses on the theoretical, practical, and functional application of anatomy. The human body is an intricately balanced structure, and this workshop introduces how movement is created.

Applied Experiential Anatomy (AEA) is a movement approach to understanding Anatomy and how the body works.
Rooted in movement not memorization, this experiential, movement-based course is designed to help you understand the body by feeling it, observing it, and working with it in real time.
